Gauntlet track at Como pictures.

Postby craigd » Mon Jan 15, 2007 8:25 am

Hi everyone,

I've had a couple of pictures of the gauntlet track on the old Como bridge (Sydney) sent to me to illustrate the principle of gauntlet track for the What is gauntlet track? FAQ page. Many thanks to the person who submitted them!

Anyway, the pictures were apparently first published in a book called 'Remember When ...' authored by D J Rogers, and I'm trying to establish the authorship of the images so that proper attribution of ownership can be given. Does anyone have a copy of that book and can you please check to see who is the author of the pictures?

In addition, does anyone have other pictures of prototype gauntlet track at Como, under Railway Square, or any other places around Australia where it's been used?

Regards,

Craig.

They're great pics - explains the concept very well.
